Guidelines and Tips for the Listing of Items for Sale on this Website

Items can be “registered” for sale directly on the website. Clients are urged to make use of that facility. Not only will it ensure that there are no transcription errors etc, but you will also be able to upload (multiple) photos of the item(s) being offered for sale. (However, if you are uncomfortable with that process, forms can be obtained at the Saturdays @ Canyon Plaza South market, or use the Contact Us page.)

Item Description:

N.B. Do not include your email address in the body of the item description, otherwise it is vulnerable to being harvested by spam merchants. A link will be provided for interested buyers to email you. This will be a secure email and your email address will not be compromised.
Do not include your (street) address.
Take care not to divulge too much personal information in the item’s description.

Price:

You do not have to specify a dollar figure, though that would be usual. You may use any text you choose such as “POA” “best offer” etc.

Category(s):

You must select at least one category. You can assign the item to multiple categories.
